Atlas Insurance to discuss increase in authorized capital in upcoming AGM

March 13, 2020 (MLN): Atlas Insurance Limited (ATIL) in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on April 23, 2020, will discuss an increase in authorized capital of the company from Rs. 800 million to Rs. 1,500 million and issue of bonus shares for approval of the shareholders.
