ARPL to acquire Huntsman Textile Effects Pakistan

June 23, 2023 (MLN): The shareholders of Archroma Pakistan Limited (PSX: ARPL) have approved the merger, by way of amalgamation of the entire undertaking of Huntsman Textile Effects Pakistan (Private) Limited with and into ARPL, the company’s filing on PSX revealed today.

The above agenda was authorized in the extraordinary general meeting of the company held on Friday, June 23, 2023.

ARPL is a limited liability company and is primarily engaged in the manufacture, import and sale of chemicals, dyestuffs and coating, adhesives and sealants.
