Arif Habib Corporation Acquires substantial shareholding of ORIX Leasing Pakistan

According to a notification filed on the exchange, Arif Habib Corporation (AHCL) on 2nd May, 2018 has acquired 1,500,000 voting shares of Orix Leasing Pakistan Limited (OLPL).
The leasing company further informed that the after the recent acquisition, AHCL and AHL own a total of 14,427,352 shares representing 10.36 percent of the total issued shares of ORIX Leasing Pakistan.
AHCL on the 4th May, 2018 informed of the acquisition of about 1,500,000 voting shares of ORIX Leasing Limited at the rate of Rs. 45.02 per share.
