Arif Habib Corporation Acquires substantial shareholding of ORIX Leasing Pakistan

According to a notification filed on the exchange, Arif Habib Corporation (AHCL) on 2^nd May, 2018 has acquired 1,500,000 voting shares of Orix Leasing Pakistan Limited (OLPL).

The leasing company further informed that the after the recent acquisition, AHCL and AHL own a total of 14,427,352 shares representing 10.36 percent of the total issued shares of ORIX Leasing Pakistan.

AHCL on the 4^th May, 2018 informed of the acquisition of about 1,500,000 voting shares of ORIX Leasing Limited at the rate of Rs. 45.02 per share.
