Archroma Chemicals merges with Archroma Pakistan, Sindh High Court approves

November 08, 2023 (MLN): The Sindh High Court at Karachi has formally approved the merger of Archroma Chemicals Pakistan (Private) Limited with and into Archroma Pakistan Limited (PSX: ARPL) by way of amalgamation, ARPL’s filing on the local bourse revealed today.

It is worth mentioning that Archroma Chemicals Pakistan was formerly known as Huntsman Textile Effects Pakistan (Private) Limited.

To recall, the shareholders of ARPL approved the merger, by way of amalgamation of the entire undertaking of Huntsman Textile Effects Pakistan in the extraordinary general meeting of the company held on June 23, 2023.

ARPL is a limited liability company and is primarily engaged in the manufacture, import and sale of chemicals, dyestuffs and coating, adhesives and sealants. It also acts as an indenting agent.

Moreover, the company is a subsidiary of Archorma Textiles Gmbh, registered and having headquarter in Reinach, Switzerland.
