Appointment of CEO, CFO of Jubilee General Insurance approved by SECP

December 23, 2019 (MLN): Jubilee General Insurance via notification to Pakistan Stock Exchange has informed that SECP has granted its approval for the appointment of Mr Hasan Khan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from January 1, 2020.

Moreover, Mr Azfar Arshad has been elevated as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

The Board thanked the retiring CEO, Mr Tahir for his contribution to the company over the last fifteen years.
