ANL: Muzaffargarh Unit’s sale process to be completed by December 2022

January 12, 2022 (MLN): The management of Azgard Nine informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Wednesday that the sale transaction of Muzaffargarh Unit to be completed by December 2022.

The agent banks of creditors have accepted the bid for the sale of Muzaffargarh Unit including all plant, equipment and installments thereon at a price of Rs1,420 million.

However, the sale of said unit will not affect the business/production of the company as the said Unit has already been 'held for sale' and the company has sufficient arrangements to cater its business plans/requirements.
