AMML acquires 10% holding of KASBM’s issued Modaraba certificates

November 11, 2021 (MLN): Awwal Modaraba Management Limited (AMML), in compliance with the SECP directions, has acquired the ten percent (10%) holding of KASB Modaraba (KASBM)'s issued Modaraba certificates from Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited, holding company of AMML.
The above information was disseminated by the KASB Modaraba through a notice to Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
