November 29, 2019 (MLN): Al-Shaheer Corporation (ASC) via notification to PSX has announced that the board of directors of the company has decided to increase authorized share capital of 50,000,000 new ordinary shares from 150,000,000 to 200,000,000 where the price of each share is Rs. 10.

In line with this decision, a general meeting will be called to make the necessary amendments to the memo of the company.
