Al Shaheer Corporation decides to increase authorized share capital from Rs.2 bln to Rs.3 bln

November 17, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Al Shaheer Corporation Limited has decided to recommend an increase of authorized share capital of the company from Rs 2,000,000,000 divided into 200,000,000 ordinary shares Rs.10 each to Rs 3,000,000,000 divided into 300,000,000 ordinary shares of Rs.10 each by creating 100,000,000 new ordinary shares.

In this regard, the BoDs also suggested to call an Extraordinary meeting to make the necessary amendments to the Memorandum and Article of Association of the Company.
