AKD Capital resolves to increase authorized capital by Rs 500 million

December 29, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of AKD Capital, in a meeting, held on December 28, 2020, has resolved to increase the current authorized capital limit from Rs 500 million to Rs 1 billion.

According to the notice issued to Exchange, it has been further resolved that an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) be convened to approve alteration in Memorandum of Association of the Company for the purposes of adoption of additional business activities to enable to establish Travel & Tourism business and take all necessary approvals for the purposes of the same.
