AHL receives applications of 202.58mn shares against offer to acquire HUMNL’s 332mn shares

February 23, 2022 (MLN): With reference to the public announcement of the offer by Mr Duraid Qureshi (Acquirer) to acquire 332.14 million ordinary shares of Hum Network Limited (HUMNL), Arif Habib Limited (PSX: AHL), as a manager to the offer has received applications for a total of 202.58mn shares.

Therefore, as defined in the offer letter dispatched to the shareholders of HUMNL, AHL has accepted all shares from such shareholders who tendered the shares.

AHL also notified that consideration for the shares accepted will be dispatched to the shareholders' respective addresses latest by March 02, 2022.
