Agha Steel receives acquisition notice from Fauji Foundation

August 29, 2024 (MLN): Agha Steel Industries Ltd. (PSX: AGHA) has received a public announcement notice from a potential acquirer, Fauji Foundation, indicating their intention to acquire shares and control of the company.

AGHA announced this development to market participants through a notice issued to the local bourse today.

Integrated Equities Limited (IES) has been appointed as the Manager to Offer (MTO) by Fauji Foundation.

"The company will provide further updates to the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited and its shareholders as required by applicable legal regulations," AGHA stated.
