Google is all set to start operations in Pakistan

November 24, 2022 (MLN): In a major breakthrough, the tech giant Google is all set to begin its operation in Pakistan by the end of this December 2022, PMLN Senator Afnan Ullah said.

For the aforesaid development, the delegation from google is scheduled to visit Pakistan on 11th Dec’22.

Google will also provide 15,000 scholarships to Pakistani students, he also informed that the government will extend the scope of Google services in the country which will boost job opportunities in Pakistan.

In order to tap, the digital potential in Pakistan Google has introduced several initiatives including a career certificate, and a suicide hotline.

To recall, a Google delegation visited Special Technology Zone Authority (STZA) in Apr’22.
