WTL restored to PSX Normal Counter

December 03, 2025 (MLN): Worldcall Telecom Limited (WTL) has been restored to the Normal Counter of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) effective December 3, 2025, following a court order that temporarily restrains the Exchange from taking coercive measures.

The move came after WTL was placed in the Non-Compliant Segment on December 2, 2025, for failing to pay the additional listing fee applicable to an increase in its paid-up capital within the prescribed deadline.

According to the PSX notice, the Senior Civil Judge Class I, Lahore, in an order dated November 21, 2025, restrained the Exchange from enforcing any coercive actions against WTL until the next court hearing.

As a result, the company’s shares have been reinstated to normal trading status while the matter continues to be adjudicated in court.

Market participants are advised to take note of the restoration, and the PSX will follow the court’s directions in future proceedings.
