Vopak LNG Holding B.V. in talks with Engro Corporation about acquiring minority stake in Engro’s LNG infrastructure in Karachi

According to a filing at the PSX, Engro Corporation has informed that it is in discussion with Vopak LNG Holding B.V. with respect to Vopak LNG Holding B.V. (itself or through its associated entity) acquiring a minority stake in Engro’s LNG infrastructure in Karachi subject to the parties entering into definitive agreement and obtaining required board, shareholder and regulatory approvals as the case may be.
