VIS reaffirms ratings of J.K. Spinning Mills Limited at A-

Limited has reaffirmed the long-term and short-term entity ratings of J.K.
Spinning Mills Limited (PSX: JKSM) at A- and A1, respectively, with a stable
outlook.
The rating agency cited JKSM’s vertically integrated
operations, consistent topline growth, and adequate capacity utilization as key
factors supporting the ratings, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.
VIS also highlighted the company’s conservative capital
structure, sufficient liquidity buffers, reliable debt servicing capacity, and
its export-oriented sales strategy.
JKSM is engaged in the production of fine yarn, fabric, and home textile made-ups. Its operations span spinning, weaving, and other related activities, with the head office and manufacturing facilities located in Faisalabad.
