United Distributors receives $6m from FMC Corporation

September 23, 2025 (MLN): United Distributors Pakistan Limited (UDPL) has received $6 million from FMC Corporation, a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, under a non-compete arrangement.

The agreement relates to certain overlapping business activities of FMC Corporation and FMC United (Private) Limited, according to the company's statement issued today.

The payment marks the formal execution of the arrangement, ensuring that UDPL will refrain from engaging in specified business areas in consideration of the agreed amount.
