Earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs934 for FY2025, down
by Rs161 compared to Rs1,095 in FY2024, primarily due to the maturity of tax
credits and a sharp decline in other income.

This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs1,435
per share already paid during the year.
Net sales surged 20.4% year-on-year to Rs40.57bn,

last year.
Gross profit rose 20.8% to Rs15.68bn, compared to

points from 38.5% in the previous year, showing disciplined cost management
despite inflationary pressures.

17.7% to Rs6.58bn from Rs5.59bn in the prior year.
Other income declined sharply by 67.4% to Rs907.8m,
compared to Rs2.79bn in FY2024, significantly impacting overall profitability.
The company posted an operating profit of Rs10.01bn,
marginally down 1.7% from Rs10.18bn last year.
Finance costs more than doubled, rising 102.6% to Rs71.1m
from Rs35.1m in FY2024.
Taxation under final taxes increased 99.0% to Rs216.6m,
compared to Rs108.9m last year.
Profit before income tax stood at Rs9.72bn, down 3.1%
from Rs10.03bn in FY2024.
Taxation on income rose 23.3% to Rs3.77bn from Rs3.06bn
in the previous year.
