Treet Corporation approves Rs430m expansion to meet soaring razor demand

November 12, 2025 (MLN): Treet Corporation Limited (PSX: TREET)'s Board of Directors has approved a capital expenditure of Rs430 million to expand the Hygiene Razor segment amid exceptionally high sales and strong demand that have exceeded current production capacity.

The information was shared through a notification to exchange.

The planned investment aims to meet the rising local and export demand, enhance production efficiency, and strengthen shareholder value.

The company noted that the expansion reflects its strategic focus on catering to growing consumer needs within the hygiene and personal care market.

The PSX has been requested to inform all TREC holders in accordance with Section 96 and Section 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Rule Book.
