September 10, 2026 (MLN): Thatta Cement Company Limited (PSX: THCCL) has reached an in-principle understanding regarding the proposed restructuring of Pakistan Services Limited (PSL).

The understanding remains subject to the finalization of definitive agreement(s), which will be communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange in due course.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
