TSBL completes right shares subscription process

March 19, 2026 (MLN): Trust Securities &
Brokerage Limited (PSX:TSBL) has disclosed that its right shares subscription
has closed with Rs 407,397,537 raised against a total issue size of Rs 450,000,000.
Of the subscribed amount, the Bankers to the Issue confirmed
receipt of Rs 342,902,001, while the Central Depository Company of Pakistan
Limited (CDC) confirmed a recipe Rs 64,495,536 against the right shares
subscription, bringing the total confirmed receipts in line with the reported
subscription figure.
In a separate disclosure, the Board of Directors of TSBL,
meeting on Thursday, March 19, 2026, resolved that the remaining unsubscribed
portion of the right issue will be taken up by Paramount Commodities (Pvt.)
Limited, ensuring the issue is fully covered.
The aforementioned information was disseminated through
a notification to Exchange.
