TPL Trakker Sukuk fully settled early

March 24, 2026 (MLN): TPL Trakker Limited (PSX: TPLT) successfully executed early payment of profit and principal for its Sukuk Certificates II, issued on March 30, 2021, for a five-year tenure.

The settlement on March 19, 2026, marks full maturity of the instrument.

The early settlement highlights TPL Trakker’s strong financial discipline and efficient capital allocation, reducing financing costs, enhancing financial flexibility, and optimizing the company’s capital structure, supporting long-term growth and value creation.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
