TPL REIT Fund I considers divestment of B-One Hoshang project land

November 14, 2025 (MLN): TPL REIT Fund I (PSX: TPLRF1) has decided to explore a potential divestment from HKC (Private) Limited (HKC) through the sale of the project land for its B-One Hoshang development, according to a filing shared with the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The Fund noted that the proposed transaction is contingent upon the execution of definitive agreements and the receipt of all necessary corporate, regulatory, and third-party approvals.

Completion of the required formalities by both the Fund and the special-purpose vehicle (SPV) will also be undertaken in accordance with the constitutive documents and applicable laws.

TPL REIT Fund I stated that it will provide further updates as and when any significant progress is made regarding the potential divestment.
