October 08, 2026 (MLN): The name of TPL Insurance Limited (PSX: TPLI) has been changed to JazzSure Insurance Limited with effect from October 7, 2026, after the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) issued a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name dated the same day.

The rebranding follows the July 13, 2026 completion of the acquisition of a controlling stake in the company by Jazz International Holding Limited, a subsidiary of VEON Ltd., a global digital operator. Jazz International Holding Limited now holds 76.33% of the issued share capital.

Pursuant to the acquisition, the company's members resolved at an Extraordinary General Meeting on October 2, 2026 to change the name from "TPL Insurance Limited" to "JazzSure Insurance Limited". The company had earlier written to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on October 2 and 5, 2026 on the matter.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
