TPL Insurance acquisition deadline pushed to June 2026

March 06, 2026 (MLN): TPL Insurance Limited's (PSX:TPLI) acquisition timeline has been extended by ninety days, pushing the deadline for Jazz International Holding Limited's Public Announcement of Offer to June 05, 2026.

The extension, made under Regulation 7(1) of the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017, follows an earlier disclosure dated September 04, 2025, in which Jazz International Holding Limited had expressed its intention to acquire shares in, and control of, TPL Insurance Limited from its holding company, TPL Corp Limited.

The company stated it would keep shareholders informed of further developments through subsequent disclosures as the transaction progresses.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
