TISL strike price fixed at Rs3 per share

August 07, 2026 (MLN): Tasdeeq Information Services Limited (TISL) has determined a strike price of Rs3 per share through Book Building conducted on August 5 and 6, 2026, with the offering drawing total participation of approximately Rs4,603 million against an issue size of around Rs214 million on the floor price, translating into an oversubscription of 21.53 times.

The development was shared by Topline Securities Limited, acting as book runner.

A total of 317 investors participated in the Book Building process, of which 293 were declared successful.

Individual investors accounted for the bulk of allocation, receiving 82.72 million shares out of the total 112.5 million shares provisionally allocated, while institutional investors were allotted 29.78 million shares.

Among institutional categories, Mutual Funds and Securities Brokers led participation with 17 and 18 bidders respectively, together accounting for the majority of institutional allocation.
