Success of govt's construction policy showing results in different sectors: PM

June 4, 2021: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said Pakistan is changing as the economic turnaround and success of the government's construction policy are showing results in different sectors.

In his tweets today, he said a near bankrupt Capital Development Authority, which posted a deficit of five point eight billion rupees in 2017 will close this financial year with seventy-three billion rupees surplus and twenty-six billion rupees already in accounts.

Appreciating the CDA team, the Prime Minister said as the financial stability has been achieved, it is time to accelerate the transformation of Islamabad into a model city with priority being on reform and restructuring.

Imran Khan said other mega cities can also become self-sustaining economic engines of growth through commitment, transparency, and innovation.
