Sitara Petroleum clarifies no links with Sitara Group of Industries

July 23, 2026 (MLN): Sitara Petroleum Service Limited (PSX: SPSL) has clarified that certain media and social media reports currently in circulation relate to companies belonging to the Sitara Group of Industries, including Sitara Energy Limited and Sitara Chemical Industries Limited, and do not pertain to SPSL.

The Company confirmed that it is not part of the Sitara Group of Industries and has no ownership, management, operational, financial, or business relationship, whether direct or indirect, with the Sitara Group, Sitara Energy Limited, Sitara Chemical Industries Limited, or any other entity forming part of that group.

Accordingly, SPSL said its sponsors, directors, shareholders, and management have no connection whatsoever with the entities referred to in the circulating reports, adding that any inference or association between SPSL and such entities is incorrect.

The Company requested shareholders, investors, business partners, customers, and members of the public to rely only on information disseminated through its official communication channels and not to associate the Company with unrelated entities solely on account of similarity in corporate names.

SPSL said it remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance, transparency, and regulatory compliance, and will continue to safeguard the interests of all its stakeholders.
