Sitara Peroxide stays non-compliant

December 19, 2025 (MLN): Sitara Peroxide Limited (PSX: SPL) has partially rectified its regulatory non-compliances but will continue to be quoted in the Pakistan Stock Exchange’s (PSX) Non-Compliant Segment, according to a PSX notice issued on Thursday.

The development follows PSX's earlier notice, which had flagged SPL’s non-compliance with PSX Regulations due to the company’s failure to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to transmit its audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2025.

PSX informed that SPL, through announcements dated December 16, 2025, has now issued the notice of AGM, clearly specifying the date, time, and venue, and has also transmitted its annual audited financial statements via PUCARS.

As a result, the non-compliances under Regulations 5.11.1(b) and (c) stand rectified and have been removed from PSX Daily Quotations.

However, PSX noted that SPL has suspended its principal business activities for a continuous period of one year, leading to the addition of a fresh non-compliance.

Consequently, SPL will continue to remain quoted in the Non-Compliant Segment under Regulations 5.11.1(a) and 5.11.1(g) until all outstanding non-compliances are fully resolved.
