Sindh Modaraba secures Rs1bn Riba-free fund

January 15, 2026 (MLN): The board of directors of Sindh Modaraba Management Limited has approved the transfer of a Riba-free subordinated fund of up to Rs1 billion to Sindh Modaraba, subject to completion of required formalities.
The decision was taken in the board meeting held on January
14, 2026, and is aimed at strengthening the capital base of Sindh Modaraba
through Shariah-compliant funding support from its management company.
The aforementioned information was disseminated through a
notification to Exchange.
