Sindh High Court restrains Hum Network from holding 16th AGM

July 14, 2021 (MLN): Hum Network Limited has filed an application for vacation of orders restraining the company from holding the 16^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) which was scheduled to be held on July 16, 2021.

Few days ago, the Honorable High Court of Sindh passed an order wherein it restrained the company from holding 16^th AGM on an application filed by Shahid Hussain Jatoi and Muhammad Khawar Iqbal on behalf of JS Group.

In a notification to PSX, the company has informed that it has filed an application under Order 39, Rule 4, CPC, bearing CMA No. 11078 of 2021 for the vacation of restraining order.
