Signature Residency REIT enters PSX at Rs14/unit on Jan 29

January 28, 2026 (MLN): Signature Residency Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) is set to commence trading on the Pakistan Stock Exchange’s Main Board starting Thursday, January 29, 2026.

Transactions in the REIT units will be settled on a T+2 basis, with the first settlement scheduled for Monday, February 2, 2026.

The market lot for the REIT has been fixed at one unit with a face value of Rs10 per unit, while the opening price has been determined at Rs14 per unit.

The units have been declared an eligible security by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC), and all trades will be cleared and settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL).

The security symbol “SRR” has been assigned to the REIT for trading purposes.

CDC Share Registrar Services Limited will serve as the share registrar for the REIT.

In the daily quotation of the exchange, the REIT will be listed under the “Real Estate Investment Trust” sector, according to a notice issued by PSX.

Following a review of its financial statements and business profile, the REIT has been classified as Shariah-compliant under the Shariah Screening Criteria of the KMI All Share Index.

As a result, it will be included in the PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index (KMIALLSHR) from the date of listing.
