June 15, 2026 (MLN): Shifa International Hospitals Limited’s subsidiary, Shifa National Hospital Faisalabad (Private) Limited, has commenced full-fledged operations at its hospital located on Sheikhupura Road, Faisalabad.

The facility has become operational under Phase I of the project.

The Company will keep the Exchange informed of any material developments, including the commissioning and commencement of operations of future phases of the hospital, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
