Service Long March Tyres plans IPO to list on PSX

December 05, 2025 (MLN): Service Industries Limited (PSX: SRVI)'s subsidiary, Service Long March Tyres (Private) Limited (SLM), has decided to raise capital through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and pursue a listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
In a disclosure submitted to the Exchange, the company stated that SLM’s Board has approved moving ahead with the IPO process.
This marked a significant step toward expanding its footprint in the domestic and regional tyre markets.
The management noted that further updates will be communicated to PSX as the process advances.
