Sea Link moves to acquire majority control in PICT

April 29, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited (PSX: PICT) has received a notice regarding a potential acquisition of at least 83.41% of its issued and outstanding ordinary shares, including 8.43% shareholding through a public offer, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The proposed transaction is being led by Sea Link Group Limited, Seychelles, with KTrade Securities Limited acting as the manager to the offer.

The acquisition aims to secure control of Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited, with the offer covering both existing shareholding and additional shares through the public offer mechanism.
