Sea Link Group acquires 80.5% stake in PICT

July 21, 2026 (MLN): Sea Link Group & Associates, including Euroasia Terminals (Pvt.) Limited, have acquired 87,893,036 shares of Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited (PICT), representing 80.52% of the company's issued share capital and control.

The Board of Directors of PICT resolved to allow the transfer of 889,087 shares through a public tender offer and 87,003,949 shares through a Share Purchase Agreement executed between Sea Link Group and ICTSI Limited (Bermuda), in the name of Sea Link Group & Associates including Euroasia Terminals (Pvt.) Limited.

As of July 21, 2026, the relevant shares have been duly transferred in the name of the acquirer.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange
