STL receives shariah compliance certificate

May 14, 2026 (MLN): Supernet Technologies Limited (PSX:STL) has been issued a Shariah Compliance Certificate by Al-Hilal Shariah Advisors (Private) Limited, based on the company's Condensed Interim Financial Position as at March 31, 2026.

The certification follows a thorough screening of the company's financial statements against Shariah criteria approved by Al-Hilal's Shariah Supervisory Council, in line with the prescribed thresholds of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

Al-Hilal Shariah Advisors noted that while the company's illiquid assets to total assets ratio does not fully meet the standard SECP Shariah screening benchmark, a relaxation was granted given Supernet's predominantly service-oriented and asset-light business model.

The Shariah Supervisory Council reviewed the matter in detail and applied permissible flexibility provided under the SECP's Shariah screening framework.

The advisors concluded that investment in the shares of Supernet Technologies Limited is Shariah compliant and permissible, with no evidence to the contrary identified.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
