SNGP approves wholly owned subsidiary with Rs1bn capital

June 26, 2025 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (PSX: SNGP) has approved the formation and registration of a wholly owned subsidiary company with an authorized share capital of Rs1 billion and an initial paid-up capital of Rs50 million.

According to the company, any costs incurred by SNGP for the registration process will be charged to the new entity and recovered from it once it is established, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The principal activity of the company is the purchase, transmission, distribution, and supply of natural gas.
