SECP licenses LSE Ventures, Wealthbridge

March 11, 2026 (MLN): The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has granted a license to LSE Ventures Limited to operate as a Corporate Restructuring Company (CRC), while Wealthbridge Management Limited has been licensed to provide Digital Investment Advisory Services.

With the approval of LSE Ventures Limited, the number of corporate restructuring companies in Pakistan rises to three, according to the press release. 

These companies play a crucial role in assisting financially distressed businesses by offering restructuring solutions such as debt rescheduling, capital reorganization, and operational turnaround.

They support the revival of both listed and unlisted companies, ensuring continued business operations.

LSE Ventures Limited, the successor entity to the Lahore Stock Exchange, will undertake restructuring and rehabilitation of distressed companies under SECP’s regulatory framework, strengthening Pakistan’s corporate recovery ecosystem.

Wealthbridge Management Limited becomes Pakistan’s first licensed digital investment advisory firm under the SECP’s Digital Asset Management framework.

The company will provide investors with professional advisory services through regulated digital platforms, enhancing accessibility and transparency in investment guidance.

The SECP continues to foster the growth of Pakistan’s financial services sector by enabling regulated entities and supporting innovation within the existing regulatory framework.
