SECP extends FPRM’s compliance deadline to February 2027

September 07, 2026 (MLN): First Paramount Modaraba (FPRM) has received an extension from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for compliance with the Minimum Equity and Credit Rating Requirements.
The extension has been granted from August 15, 2026 to
February 15, 2027, subject to certain conditions.
The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to
Exchange.
