SECP de-registers LSE Capital as Modaraba Manager

March 06, 2026 (MLN): The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved the voluntary de-registration of LSE Capital Limited as a Modaraba Management Company.

According to a notice submitted to the exchange, the Registrar of Modaraba Companies at SECP, through a letter dated March 4, 2026, acceded to the company’s application seeking voluntary de-registration.

As a result, the Modaraba Management Company license of LSE Capital Limited has been de-registered with immediate effect under the provisions of the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980.

The company has requested that the PSX disseminate the information to all TREC holders.

The development formally ends LSE Capital Limited’s status as a licensed Modaraba management company following SECP’s approval of its request.
