SEARL eyes product portfolio shake-up

April 29, 2026 (MLN): The Searle Company Limited (PSX: SEARL) is evaluating a restructuring of its product portfolio, with plans to transfer certain products to one or more subsidiaries as part of a portfolio rationalization strategy aimed at supporting consolidated growth.

The Board has authorized management to assess the feasibility and viability of transferring specified products and to proceed with necessary evaluations, including valuation and structuring, according to the company's statement issued today.

Engagement of advisors, valuators, and consultants is also under consideration, alongside preparation of required documentation for Board review.
