SCRA rises Rs283m to Rs27bn amid weekly inflows

June 19, 2026 (MLN): The SCRA balance increased by Rs283.34 million during the week ending Jun 12, 2026 to close at Rs27.20 billion.

According to data published by the SBP, the week marked a net selling of securities to the tune of Rs5.70bn.

During the week SCRA received a total inflow of Rs16.36bn through remittances, sale of securities and dividends. Inward remittances amount was Rs2.92bn, sale of securities were recorded at Rs12.87bn while dividend received was Rs562.33m.

Total outflows from SCRA through outward remittances, purchase of securities and taxes were recorded at Rs16.07bn.

Outward remittances were Rs8.82bn, total securities purchased amounted to Rs7.18bn and total tax paid was Rs78.94m.

Market value of investments made in Equity, T-Bills and PIBS changed by Rs-1.22bn, Rs-179.29m and Rs20.75m to close at Rs596.50bn, Rs96.80bn and Rs41.62bn.
