June 09, 2026 (MLN): The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has issued an auction tender notice for the outright purchase of Government of Pakistan (GoP) Ijara Sukuk on a deferred payment (Bai Muajjal) basis from all Islamic Banks and Islamic Banking Branches.

The auction is scheduled for June 23, 2026, with sukuk delivery on June 24, 2026.

SBP is targeting to purchase Rs300bn worth of sukuk through three tranches of the GIS issue PK03F2606264, with a target of Rs100bn each across 6-month, 12-month, and 3-year tenors.
