SBP reserves rise by $23m

May 07, 2026 (MLN): The foreign exchange reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan increased by $23m or 0.15% WoW to $15.85bn during the week ended on April 30, 2026, according to the data released by the central bank on Thursday.

Similarly, the country’s total liquid foreign reserves increased to $21.29bn.

The net foreign reserves held by commercial banks remained at $5.44bn.
