SBP receives unclaimed deposits surrendered by Banks, DFIs

September 01, 2026 (MLN): Banks and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) have surrendered their unclaimed deposits up to December 31, 2025, to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The surrendered deposits are now available with the central
bank for processing of refund claims from eligible claimants.
Claimants can apply for a refund of their claims, SBP unclaimed
deposits.
