March 11, 2026 (MLN): Quantum Data Technologies Limited (PSX: QTECH) has successfully launched a new line of business in Information Technology and Allied Services, a pivotal shift in the company's strategic direction.

The move follows shareholder approval and clearance from relevant regulatory authorities to change the company's principal line of business, along with a formal name change.

Management believes the expansion positions the company to capitalize on opportunities in the rapidly growing IT sector, with expectations of stronger growth, improved profitability, and long-term sustainability.

The company has submitted an Auditors' Certificate to the Pakistan Stock Exchange confirming the commencement of commercial operations under the new business line.

Company leadership expressed confidence that the strategic transformation will open new avenues of growth, also extending gratitude to shareholders for their patience and continued support throughout the regulatory and operational transition process.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
