QTECH nears start of operations in new line of business

January 26, 2026 (MLN):  Quantum Data Technologies Limited’s (PSX:QTECH) Board of Directors has expressed satisfaction over the progress and developments related to the Company’s newly adopted line of business, while noting optimism that operations under the new line are expected to commence in the near future.

The Board has further reviewed in detail the steps taken toward the new line of business, while Management conveyed confidence that these initiatives will help strengthen trust and confidence among shareholders and other stakeholders, according to the company's statement issued today.

The Board also considered changes in its composition. Mr. Khawaja Muhammad Tanveer and Ms. Munaza Kaleem resigned from the office of Director with effect from January 23, 2026.

The Board accepted their resignations and placed on record its appreciation for the valuable services rendered during their respective tenures.

To fill the resulting vacancies, Syed Ali Qadir Gilani and Mr. Sajjad Moin were appointed as Directors of the Company with effect from January 23, 2026.

The Company added that all statutory formalities related to these matters will be completed within the prescribed timeframe, and the information will be disseminated to the members of the Exchange in accordance with applicable regulations.
