Pak Qatar Family Takaful IPO oversubscribed 3.8x

December 22, 2025 (MLN):The public portion of Pak Qatar Family Takaful Limited’s initial public offering (IPO) was oversubscribed by nearly four times, showing strong investor demand.

Investors applied for 47.84 million shares against an issue size of 12.50m shares during the two-day subscription period on 17–18 December, according to the press release.

A total of 7,942 applications were received, amounting to Rs862m. According to the allotment rules, applicants requesting up to 2,000 shares will receive full allocation, while larger applications will be allotted on a pro-rata basis.

The IPO’s earlier book-building portion also attracted robust interest, being oversubscribed by 3.2 times and priced at a 29% premium over the floor price.
