Pak Leather Crafts leases factory building to boost income

November 13, 2025 (MLN): Pak Leather Crafts Limited (PSX: PAKL) has entered into an agreement with a third party to lease out its vacant factory building on a monthly rental basis, the company informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The management stated that this decision aims to ensure better utilization of the idle property and generate additional income alongside the company’s core leather manufacturing and export operations.

This follows the company’s earlier communication dated April 28, 2025, regarding the same matter.
